The Sims 3_ Cascade Mountain Estate

Nestled in Sunset Valley's Crescent Hills near the Highrise District, Cascade Mountain Estate is a residence built into a sharp hilly decline. The natural slope was used to redirect and collect rain water for use inside the building. Built on stone pillars this residence over looks the ocean beyond with fantastic views from indoor and outdoor rooms that tier down ending in a covered art space. Moving from inside and outside allows for views not only to the Ocean, but to the surrounding hillside and the highrise district beyond.

The Sims 3_ The Winery

Located near Sunset Valley's City Center this new venue is a winery that serves the best wine and grapes grown right on site. A retention pond located on the back of the lot collects and stores rain water to be used in irrigation and stored in a cistern under the building to hold water for use inside the winery. With a traditional French inspired contemporary touch this location's ripe and aged confections are for wine consoeurs everywhere, but what most people don't know is that when the sun sets the party begins in the lower level of the winery at The Winery nightclub. Conveniently nestled in the hill side The Winery is host to many days of sipping and socializing, and by night shaking the wine away into the wee hours of the morning.

The Sims 3_ Floating Water

Located in the small coastal town of Sunset Valley this statuesque piece of architecture is held off the ground by several columns made of locally quarried stone. Two blocks connected through a central core building built around a focal courtyard that looks down into the retention pond that's used to collect recycled rain water. The water is filtered and used for grey water reuse in the house to flush toilets and wash clothes.

With views out to the ocean from the large bay windows this spaces is perfect for relaxing with the family or hosting get togethers. A stair leads down to the garden below.
